We can’t say enough how kind, helpful, and experienced Jay was during our service. He took time to explain to us how and where our sewer drain was clogged and was highly respectful of our home while he was here. He definitely went the extra mile to fix our drain and end the evening with happy customers. Would 1000% recommend this company’s service, bonus points if Jay is your guy!

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with Restano Heating & Cooling. Dakota, Jay, Jeff, and Tylor went above and beyond when addressing a major plumbing issue in my home. What started as a simple service call quickly revealed a much larger problem, yet the team took every step to rule out the easiest and lowest-cost solutions first before diagnosing the true source of the issue. Their honesty and thoroughness were incredibly appreciated. Ultimately, they replaced a 12-foot section of damaged pipe—no small task—and handled the entire repair with absolute professionalism and grace. Their knowledge, respectfulness, and calm confidence gave me such peace of mind throughout the process. While Restano typically sends one technician for a repair, at one point I had four highly skilled individuals onsite working efficiently to ensure my home was restored as quickly as possible. What could have been a multi-day project was completed in just one day. I had been without a functional bathroom for four days (which felt like forever!), and thanks to them, everything is now fully repaired and working perfectly. They were also extremely considerate when it came to providing the documentation I needed for my records, making the entire situation much easier to navigate. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service I received and would confidently refer Restano Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of plumbing or HVAC work. David and John was very nice and professional they were able to fix my kitchen faucet because David made a custom piece to fix the faucet because I got about a two inch thick cement counter top that dont fix regular size bolts. They came out within a hour of me calling. Very satisfied with the service I received. I will be a returning customer

Had my air conditioning system serviced today by Keith Smith of Restano A/C, he arrived on time, did an excellent job while explaining in detail each step in the cleaning and tune-up process. Keith was very pleasant and respectful of my home and cleaned up nicely. If you are looking to have your air conditioning system serviced, I would highly recommend Restano.
